Downloading Question

Hello Dichoivinh23,

Is it permissible to discuss downloading methods here? The "Terms and rules" seem to be XenForo canned rules, with no site specific modifications, and even in the absence of any specific rules saying not to discuss such things, I thought the best thing to do would be to ask you.
